Refund policy

We cannot accept returns of opened or used products. 

Any item that is unopened, unused and in its original packaging (including shrink wrap, when applicable) can be returned within 14 days of purchase by emailing housofesthetics@gmail.com or logging into your online account with proof of item in original and unopened packaging.

Products that have been defaced, including stickers, cannot be returned. Products that have had a recent packaging change by the manufacturer cannot be exchanged for alternative packaging.

Any opened or ineligible products returned to us will be discarded and cannot be reshipped out or refunded, including in the case of adverse reactions. We recommend you stop using it immediately and schedule a consultation to review your skin and adjust your skincare regimen.

If a return would lower original order total below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost for that order will be deducted from refunded amount. 

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your unopened order and contact us at housofesthetics@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, within 14 days of purchase, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Missing Packages

If an order does not arrive within 30 days, we will file an insurance claim and replace your order once you complete the insurance form that we will provide.

If your package has not arrived within 30 days, notify us at housofesthetics@gmail.com (including your order number) and we begin the replacement process. Our insurance provider does not allow refunds or replacements earlier than 30 days from the date of your order.

HOUS OF ESTHETICS cannot refund or replace a missing order marked “Delivered” if USPS Ground Advantage (Standard Shipping) is selected for delivery.

If an order is marked "Delivered" by the carrier but you cannot find it, wait 1-2 business days to determine if it was marked delivered prior to delivery (but is not lost).

Incorrect Address

If a customer provides an incorrect address for shipping an order and that order is returned to HOUS OF ESTHETICS, we can re-ship it to a corrected address as notified by the customer.

Free shipping does not apply to this second round of shipping. If a package is accepted and not returned from an incorrect customer-provided address, HOUS OF ESTHETICS cannot refund or replace the order.

If a package is marked "Return to Sender" or "Unclaimed" by the postal service and returned to HOUS OF ESTHETICS, it is the customer's responsibility to notify us of the corrected shipping address. Returned packages will be held 14 days.

If HOUS OF ESTHETICS ships an order to an incorrect address (not provided by the customer), we will replace it free of charge.

Exchanges

Exchanges for items of equal or lesser value are acceptable within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the item is in its original, unopened condition with tags attached. Please note that shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Chargebacks

Customers are explicitly not entitled to chargebacks on missing orders marked "Delivered" by carriers if they did not select Signature Confirmation as the shipping method.
